UK technology business Evove has expanded its laboratory team with the appointment of Misbah Yousaf, Apprentice Laboratory Technician.  Misbah is the first employee to join the company on an apprenticeship scheme and we are delighted to be able to offer her the opportunity to start her career in Science and Technology with Evove.

As part of the apprenticeship, Misbah will attend a further education college located close by to our Daresbury laboratory and complete her Level 3 Laboratory Technician Apprenticeship. In addition, Evove will support her success with mentoring and on the job training and provide the opportunity to apply learnings gained through her training programme with the college.

To establish the apprenticeship scheme, Evove received support from The Liverpool City Region Apprenticeship Brokerage team, who provided advice and guidance on funding and sourced an appropriate provider to deliver highly relevant apprenticeship training.
