Our Executive Team and Advisory Board bring a wealth of experience in various disciplines, business sectors and geographical areas to the Evove mission: to filter the unfilterable and separate the inseparable.
Andrew is a corporate finance expert. Formerly Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at SIG plc, a FTSE listed European industrials business, Andrew has spearheaded several successful business ventures in a variety of industrial sectors. Guiding the team as our Chairman, Andrew also spearheads relationships to our private and institutional investors.
Chris is our team leader and Chief Executive Officer. His polymath expertise spans a substantial number of technical and entrepreneurial disciplines and he has led and advised numerous entrepreneurial ventures over the years. Equally at home in our chemistry and 3D printing labs, or working with partners and clients around the world, Chris is passionate about pushing the capabilities of technology to solve even the most complex and challenging puzzles.
Craig is a qualified accountant with first-hand experience of commercialising young technology companies, not least from his CFO role at DataLase. As Chief Operating Officer at Evove, Craig plays a key role in business development, project management and oversees all back office functions in the organisation.
Andrew brings international experience in the water sector to the team. Formerly Global Communications Director at Siemens Water Technologies, Director of Communications at the International Water Association (IWA) and founder of Blue Gold Marketing, he describes himself as “addicted to water”.As Chief Marketing Officer of Evove, he takes care of engagement in key markets as well as being the brand custodian.
Chair of the Evove Advisory Board and a non-executive Director of the company, Jeremy has led several water companies on both sides of the Atlantic for many years, including Thames Water, American Water and, most recently, as Chair of SES Water in England. Former Chair of the charity Wateraid International, Jeremy is a passionate water leader with a demonstrated impact on sustainability.
David Pears was previously CTO at the company and now serves on the advisory board, bringing a wealth of experience in the specialty chemicals sector. David has deep expertise in polymers and applications in fast-moving consumer goods, printing, coatings, adhesives, agchem and pharmaceuticals. With a passion for helping early-stage businesses form from university research groups, he has taken leadership roles in four such businesses.
Will Sarni is the CEO of water strategy consultancy, Water Foundry and the Colorado River Basin Fund. He is a global thought leader on water strategy and innovation, the author of six books on water and an advisor to several innovative water technology companies, including Evove.
Tom Williams has had a demonstrated impact on the utilities industry over the years, particularly in North America, the UK and parts of Asia. He brings strong application expertise to the Evove team and intimate knowledge of several key markets. CEO of Enebio, he is an active member of IWA, British Water, the UK Water Partnership and other trade bodies.
Tim Freeman is an expert contributor to wider developments in powder characterisation and processing. An expert in particle technology, he was Managing Director of the powder characterisation company Freeman Technology (a Micromeritics company). He supports our additive manufacturing capabilities as we industrialise these precision-engineered membranes.
